Our full call for papers is now out and available .听HOTCUS will be pleased to welcome proposals for individual papers, but particularly听encourages interested members to consider developing innovative panels and roundtables, including state of the field discussions, reassessments of key texts, and fora that听explore issues in research, career development, and pedagogy.听To facilitate the development of proposals, HOTCUS has set up an online form () where potential applicants can share ideas and invite collaboration.
Postgraduate and听early career scholars are also听encouraged to apply to our听workshop听with Professor Preston, which will take place on听June 18, 2025.听听The workshop will provide a supportive space for PhD students and听early career scholars to present and receive feedback on chapters, articles, or detailed research proposals. Up to 4 participants will be selected to share a piece of writing of up to 8,000 words for discussion and feedback from Professor Preston and other workshop participants.
